Suppliers who receive your information through our service are contractually required to:

B. With Service Providers

When you submit a quote request, we immediately transmit your information to third-party service providers. We do not retain this information on our servers:

  • our lead service provider: Receives and processes your quote request data immediately upon submission. Our lead service provider then distributes your information to relevant suppliers.
  • Email Service Providers: Store email addresses for newsletter subscribers only (if you opt-in)
  • Analytics Providers: Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity receive anonymized usage data (not personal information from quote forms)
  • Advertising Networks: Microsoft Advertising and Google Ads receive conversion and remarketing data
  • Hosting and Infrastructure Providers: Host the Site but do not store quote request data

Email Newsletter Subscribers:

If you voluntarily subscribe to our email newsletter, your email address is retained by our email service provider until you unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.

Note: Because we do not retain your quote request information, we cannot delete, modify, or provide copies of quote requests after submission.
