What is Galvalume Plus Steel?
All prefabricated buildings from Future Buildings are made from high premium Galvalume Plus that gives them extra protection from rust. It’s a metal sheet dipped in aluminum-zinc alloy combined with resin for coating. Another benefit of using this metal sheet is that it also serves as a bonded primer that allows you to paint your building as you wish. What is interesting about it, too, is that it resists fingerprinting, and hence maintains its brand new look for a long period of time.
How to erect the prefabricated buildings from Future Buildings through a DIY method?
Erecting the buildings from Future Buildings come in four easy steps. First, you need to pour your foundation onto a level site. You may do so with a floating concrete perimeter footing. Future Buildings will provide the drawings for your reference.
Secondly, all arches are set up together on the ground through laser punched steel panels provided by Future Buildings. A flat overlap is also assembled to ensure a watertight seal.
Third, arches are simply raised off the ground and secured to the foundation.
The last step involves finishing touches where all doors are assembled, bolts are tightened together, and end walls inserted.
How long does it take to erect prefabricated buildings from Future Buildings?
Erecting prefabricated buildings from Future Buildings will only take a couple of days but that, of course, depends on the size and the number of people who will work on it. Every building is designed to be built only through simple tools. Steel panels forming an arch were drilled and cut already prior to delivery for easy assembly. Arches meanwhile are all hoisted into position and secured to the foundation.
What are the different building styles that Future Buildings offer?
Future Buildings offers five basic styles to suit your unique needs.
- A-Style – Conventional style characterized by a peaked roof and straight sides. They are available in standard sizes ranging from 16 to 40 inches wide. A-Style buildings are originally developed for all-purpose shelters, backyard garages, and workshop.
- Q-Style – The traditional Quonset style defined by the clear span arch and single radius. Sizes available range from 16 to 125 inches wide. It’s basically used for riding arenas, indoor swimming pools, airplane hangars, barns, and more.
- R-Style – A low profile arch structure. It normally uses a wall design to support the sidewalls. It is used as pool covers and replacement roofs.
- S-Style – Perfect for storing large pieces of equipment. It has a clear span arch roof and straight side walls. The straight wall panel design can increase the side wall clearance.
- X-Style – This style has a peaked roof and slope walls that result into a slightly more interior space. It is commonly used for different working shops and grocery stores.
